What information is available in MyCase files?
The state’s Odyssey case management system provides basic civil and criminal case information from courts. Once a case is updated,, the information will be available on the website immediately. How far back the records go varies by court or county.

How do I get a copy of the deed for my property?
You can go online, use the address of your property, or contact the Attorney General’s office. Copies are $1.00 per page.

What is drug court?
Drug court is a program that lasts one year to help you get off of drugs and alcohol. You will meet with your mentor at least once a week for several months and taper down your visits after that. If you go back to your old ways, you will be dropped from the program and may need to go to jail if you have a criminal offense due to drugs or alcohol.

How do yo find copy of your marriage license?
You can go to the clerk’s office of Marion County and request one. They will give you the fee amount once you have a certified copy.
